SIZE CHARTS

We always recommend taking a look here at the size charts before ordering. Many of our products fit very differently one to the next to accommodate size styles and sizes. 

  • What are the washing instructions?
    Wash all shirts inside out with cold water. Hang to dry if possible. Tossing in the dryer on low heat for a few minutes before hanging is ok also.
  • Can I order a custom shirt?
    This is not something we offer at this time. Have a great idea you think other MAMAs might love? Feel free to send ideas to hello@shopashco.com
  • Do you offer local pickup?
    Yes! At check out you will see a drop down to select SHIPPING or LOCAL PICKUP. You’ve placed your order for Local PickUp, what next? Watch for our email saying your order is packed and ready for pick up. Please allow for up to 5-7 business days for order processing (this may end up in your junk mail so please have a peak in there.) Our NEW pick up location is: Playmore Toys & Games HOURS: 51 Front St. E Unit 4 Monday - Saturday: 10:00AM - 7:00PM Strathroy, ON Sunday: CLOSED N7G 1Y5 Once you have received your email, head over to Playmore Toys & Games and they will happily get your order for you. When picking up your order, be sure to have a photo ID with you, as that will be a requirement for obtaining your order. As they are simply a pick up and drop off location, please direct all questions and concerns to us. We kindly ask that you pick up your order within 7 business days of your pick up notification. All orders not picked up within the designated time frame will risk getting their order cancelled and refunded with a restocking fee applied.
  • How does the sizing work?
    Our goal with The MAMA Label is to create comfortable, high quality, affordable women’s clothing that is family friendly. We try to provide many different fits and styles which is why some items we carry fit differently than others. We always recommend viewing our size charts before placing an order. We try to provide sizing recommendations as well, but please note these are only recommendations based on feedback we receive from customers, please take extra caution when placing your order. Still unsure of sizing? Please feel free to visit our Instagram page where you can find our saved highlights called {TRY ONS} where you can see customers with their items and chosen sizes.
  • Is their a shipping notification sent out?
    Yes! Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us stating your order has been placed. This email will contain your order summary, as well as billing and shipping information. If you select “Local Pickup” as your shipping details, you will receive an additional email once your order has been packed and is ready for pickup. This email will come from a different email address than your confirmation email, and sometimes will be sent to your junk mail, so keep an eye out for it. If you select “Standard Shipping” as your shipping method, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our facility. This email will come directly from Canada Post and may also be sent to your junk mail. If you have checked all your inboxes and have still not received any emails from us, send us an email and we will look into this for you!
  • Can I return my item[s]?
    Received your MAMA gear and it’s not what you expected? We are sorry to hear that! If you would like to begin the return process, please visit our Returns Page here for all details: Shipping & Returns. A couple important details to note, refunds must be mailed back within 7 days of receiving your order, in original packaging, (unwashed, unworn & tags attached). All items must be returned for a refund and customers are able to place their new orders with the desired items. Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment used for that purchase, minus any shipping costs and a $5.00 transaction fee. Once you have reviewed our policy and would like to move forward with your return, you are required to complete this form, and send it to us at hello@shopashoco.com. Be sure to include it with your returning item. Once we receive your completed form, we will provide you with further details on how to get your item back to us.
  • I received a gift but now need to return it, how does that work?
    This process is similar to returning an item you have purchased yourself. One important detail to remember is that refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Therefore the gifter will receive the refund, not the receiver.
  • When will an item be back in stock?
    We try our best to keep all styles stocked as best we can. Sometimes this is not possible and there may be a waiting period between restocks. To keep as up to date with restocks as possible, we recommend keeping an eye on our Instagram page for updates, as well as clicking subscribe to our website and clicking “Notify When Available” on your desired items.
  • What is the best way to reach you?

  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Absolutely! Send a special MAMA in your life a gift card for her to choose her perfect fit! Visit our website here GIFT CARDS | Ashco for your gift card. Please note once a gift card is purchased, they are non refundable and no changes can be made.
  • I placed an order but made a mistake, what now?
    Mistakes happen, we get that! If you’ve placed your order and noticed you made a mistake, send us an email ASAP to hello@shopashco.com We pride ourselves in getting orders out quick, so sometimes changes are not possible but we do try our best to accommodate. Please include your order number and full name in the subject line.
  • My order is ready for pick up, can a friend pick up for me?
    If you are unable to pick up and require someone else to get your order for you that is no problem. Since photo ID is required for pick up, please ensure whoever is picking up for you, has a photo of your ID.
  • My tracking says order has arrived, but I don't see it, what do I do next?
    Watching your tracking like a hawk because you are so excited to rock your MAMA gear (no judgement here, we do the same thing!) and notice it says delivered, but you don’t have it? Be sure to first check all mailboxes you have access to! Our parcels are not delivered directly to your doorstep, so it may be in a community box (or however your letter mail is delivered). If you have checked everywhere, send us an email to hello@shopashco.com and we will help find your order for you.
  • What are factory seconds?
    Factory Seconds is a section in the On Sale portion of our website. Every now and then we hold back some of our imperfect pieces and offer them as part of our factory seconds. These pieces could have markings or imperfections from shipping, ink or tiny holes. These pieces are still wearable and are largely discounted for those reasons. (In most cases, a little spot treatment will remove some of the markings). An important thing to remember when buying from this section is that these items are FINAL SALE
