SHIPPING & RETURNS

  SHIPPING POLICY  

Please allow for up to 5-7 business days for order processing. Items ship through Canada Post and should arrive in 10-15 business days. 

 Please follow your tracking number and know we, as well as the shipping agents are doing everything we can to move things along quickly. 

 

Local pick up will be coordinated by email following the processing time of 5-7 business days. Please have local pick up orders picked up within 7 business days of notification at the available times. (Restricted windows in effect for local pickups for the safety of everyone} Orders not picked up within these windows will be cancelled and refunded with a restocking fee applied. [Please check your junk mail folder for these notifications] 

**Addresses are input as they show on your completed order. If attempts are made to ship your items and are failed due to incorrect shipping information, orders will be cancelled, refunded and a restocking fee will be applied, plus any charges applied to have the item returned to us from Canada Post.  

  RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY  

All exchanges must be mailed back within 7 days of receiving your order, in original packaging, (unwashed, unworn & tags attached). The bag can be put into a second bag or box, but please include the original as well. Item's will be inspected after received prior to processing. If we receive items that are dirty or deemed unsellable - not in new condition, we have the ability to not refund and the customer can choose to have the item(s) shipped back at their own expense.

 

If you are returning an item you received as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Return shipping expenses for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. If it’s a sizing / color issue, where you have ordered the wrong size, we are happy to send you the perfect fit - shipping both ways falls upon the customer. Once you have sent the return back, please move forward with repurchasing your new item on our website.*Processing time for the new item will take the regular processing time of 5-7 business days. We try our best to keep the stock filled for situations like this, but please be patient if your item is currently out of stock. Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.

A return fee of $5 will be removed from your refund.

We do stand behind our products. Please see washing instructions under FAQ and please avoid drying your items fully. If you are unhappy with your items or notice any defects, please contact us within 15 days of receiving.  

*Once your order is processed no changes can be made. Please refer to the size chart before ordering*

Holiday Policy: Purchases made from November 1st to December 24th are eligible for an exchange until January 7th.
